• Most of our searches are contingent.  However, we have also conducted engaged searches which are a hybrid model between contingent and retained.

What are your fees?

• Our fees are a percentage of the candidate’s first year guaranteed compensation.

What locations do you recruit for?

• We have filled positions all over the United States.

What size are the companies you typically work with?

• We have clients with 5 employees and also work with clients that have over 10,000 employees, but we definitely have a sweet spot for startups.
